クラフトビール＆サイダー専門酒屋「BEER CELLAR TOKYO」に併設の醸造所として2018年に醸造開始。オーナー兼醸造担当の和泉はアメリカ・オレゴン州で醸造を学びました。ベルギースタイルのセゾンを中心に、製造種類・量を増加中です。

Began brewing in 2018 as a brewery attached to BEER CELLAR TOKYO, a liquor store specializing in craft beer and cider. The owner and brewmaster, Izumi, studied brewing in Oregon, USA. We are currently increasing the variety and volume of beers we produce, with a focus on Belgian-style saison.
