いよいよ、今週末11月1日（金）からSound&Chair’24を開催します！
ご来場に際して、お問い合わせの多い内容をまとめましたので、ご確認ください。
また、本イベントを多くの方にお楽しみいただくために、イベント注意事項も必ずご確認ください。
それでは、当日は気をつけてお越しください。皆様のご来場、心よりお待ちしております。
・悪天候による開催中止判断について
本イベントは雨天決行ですが、台風21号の影響により11月2-3日が強風となる予報です。安全の観点から、やむを得ず、中止又は開催時間を変更する場合がございます。この場合は公式のWEBサイトとInstagramにて、開催前日の17時までにお知らせします。なお、急な天候の変化により、急遽中止せざるを得ない場合も同様に公式のWEBサイトとInstagramにてお知らせします。ご来場前に必ず開催状況をご確認いただくようお願いいたします。また、開催時間の変更により一部のプログラムが変更となる可能性がございます。予めご了承ください。
・雨天時等の雨具について
混雑が予想されるステージ前エリアでは、傘の使用はお控えください。他の観客と接触しやすく、ケガの原因になる可能性があります。雨天時にステージ前エリアでの鑑賞を希望される方は、カッパなどの雨具の着用をお願いいたします。また、雨天時や雨の翌日は水たまりやぬかるみが発生する可能性があるほか、昼夜の寒暖差も大きい時期ですので、お履物や服装には十分ご注意ください。
・アウトドアチェアのレンタルについて
会場にてアウトドアチェアのレンタル（500円/日）を実施いたしますが、数量に限りがあるため、レンタル分が早々に終了すると予想されます。そのため、各自アウトドアチェアをご持参いただくことを推奨しております。なお、レジャーシート等敷物の利用も可能です。
・タープやパラソル、サンシェード、テント等の利用について
ステージエリアにおいては、利用人数に見合わないスペースを要するレジャーシート等敷物や、タープ・パラソル・サンシェード・テント等視界を遮る設置物は、他の来場者の迷惑となりますため、禁止とさせていただきます。具体的なステージエリアの範囲については、当日会場インフォメーションにてご確認ください。
・クラフトビールの決済について
本イベントのクラフトビールは、ビールチケットとの交換制でのみ、お楽しみいただけます。ビールチケットは当日、会場内のチケットブースでもお買い求めいただけますが、混雑する可能性がございますので、前売りでの事前購入を推奨しています。ご購入はこちらから。なお、当日の決済方法はPayPay、クレジット、交通系、現金をご用意しております。
- 1 Beer Tickets：¥700（9oz × 1杯分）
- 6 Beer Tickets：¥3,900（9oz × 6杯分 / 19oz × 3杯分）
- 10 Beer Tickets：¥6,500（9oz × 10杯分 / 19oz × 5杯分）
・その他フードやマーケットの決済について
クラフトビール以外のフードやマーケットの決済は、各店舗ごとに行います。決済方法は店舗ごとに異なるため、予めご了承下さい。

・About the decision to cancel the event due to inclement weather
This event will be held rain or shine, but strong winds are forecast for November 2-3 due to Typhoon No. 21. For safety reasons, we may have no choice but to cancel the event or change the event time. In this case, we will announce on our official website and Instagram by 5:00 p.m. on the day before the event. In the event that the event must be canceled suddenly due to a sudden change in the weather, the same will be announced on the official website and Instagram. Please be sure to check the status of the event before coming. Please note that some programs may be subject to change due to the change of the event time. Please understand this beforehand.
・Use of Umbrellas in the Rain
Please refrain from using umbrellas in the area in front of the stage where crowds are expected. Umbrellas are likely to come into contact with other spectators and may cause injury. If you wish to view the performances in the front area of the stage in the event of rain, please wear rain wair or other rain gear. In addition, please wear appropriate footwear and clothing during rain or the day after rain, as there is a possibility of puddles and muddy areas, as well as a large difference in temperature between day and night.
・Outdoor Chair Rental
Outdoor chairs will be available for rent at the venue (500 yen/day), but we expect the rental quantity to run out early due to limited quantities. Therefore, we recommend that you bring your own outdoor chairs. Leisure sheets and other rugs are also available for use.
・Use of tarps, parasols, sunshades, tents, etc.
In the stage area, the use of leisure sheets and other rugs, tarps, parasols, sunshades, tents, and other items that obstruct the view of the stage area is prohibited, as they may disturb other visitors. Please confirm the specific area of the stage area at the venue information on the day of the event.
・About Craft Beer Purchases
Craft beer at this event can only be enjoyed in exchange for beer tickets. Beer tickets can be purchased on the day of the event at the ticket booths in the venue, but due to the possibility of congestion, we recommend that you purchase your beer tickets in advance.
